## 1. End-User License Agreement (`/eula`)

STS Office – End-User License Agreement

Effective October 19, 2026

This agreement covers STS Office, a private business application made by Steel Technology Solutions LLC ("STS", "we")

for its own use. STS Office connects to the QuickBooks Online company of Steel Technology Solutions LLC to create and

send estimates, invoices and credit memos and to read payment status.

1. Who may use it. STS Office is not sold, offered or licensed to anyone outside STS. It may be used only by STS

owners and staff whom STS authorizes, with their Steel Technology Solutions Microsoft 365 accounts.

2. QuickBooks connection. STS Office connects only to the QuickBooks Online company of Steel Technology Solutions

LLC, through Intuit's official API, after an authorized STS user signs in to QuickBooks and approves the connection. The

connection can be removed at any time in QuickBooks under Settings › Apps.

3. No warranty. STS Office is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. STS is responsible for checking the

documents it sends to its customers.

4. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, STS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use of STS Office.

5. Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. STS Office is not made, endorsed or supported by

Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

6. Changes. STS may change or stop STS Office at any time. Changes to this agreement are posted on this page.

7. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

## 2. Privacy Policy (`/privacy-policy`)

STS Office – Privacy Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

STS Office is a private business application used only by Steel Technology Solutions LLC ("STS", "we") to manage its

own estimates, invoices and receivables. It connects to STS's own QuickBooks Online company. This policy explains what

data it handles.

What data STS Office uses

- From STS's QuickBooks Online company: customers (name, email, phone, billing address, payment terms), products and

services, invoices, credit memos, payments and balances.

- STS's own project, estimate and invoice records, kept in STS's Microsoft 365 (SharePoint).

- The work email of the STS user who signs in, to check that they are allowed to use the app.

How it is used. Only to run STS's own business: creating and emailing estimates, invoices and credit memos to

STS's customers, and keeping invoice balances and payment status up to date.

Where it is stored. In STS's Microsoft 365 tenant (SharePoint and Power Automate, Microsoft cloud, United States)

and in QuickBooks Online. The QuickBooks sign-in tokens are held by Microsoft Power Platform on STS's behalf. STS Office

has no separate servers or databases of its own.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone. It is not used for advertising or analytics. Data

leaves STS only as the documents STS sends to its own customers (estimates, invoices, credit memos).

Who can see it. Only STS owners and staff whom STS authorizes, signed in with their Steel Technology Solutions

Microsoft 365 accounts. Financial data is limited to the owner and office administrator.

Security. Access is protected by Microsoft 365 sign-in and permissions. The QuickBooks connection uses Intuit's

OAuth 2.0 sign-in; STS Office never sees or stores the QuickBooks password.

Keeping and deleting data. Business records are kept as long as STS needs them for its accounts and the law

requires. Disconnecting STS Office in QuickBooks (Settings › Apps) stops all access to QuickBooks immediately.

Changes. Changes to this policy are posted on this page.

## 3. QuickBooks connection (`/quickbooks`)

STS Office and QuickBooks

STS Office is Steel Technology Solutions' private app for estimates, invoices and receivables. It is used only by

Steel Technology Solutions staff and connects only to our own QuickBooks Online company.

To connect or reconnect it, open the STS QuickBooks connection in Microsoft Power Automate (Data › Connections) and

this app is not available to you.

## 4. QuickBooks disconnected (`/quickbooks-disconnected`)

STS Office has been disconnected from QuickBooks

STS Office no longer has access to the QuickBooks company. Sending invoices and the nightly balance update stop until

the connection is made again in Microsoft Power Automate.

Your QuickBooks data is unchanged. Records already in STS Office stay as they are.

To reconnect: Power Automate › Data › Connections › the STS QuickBooks connection › Fix connection, then sign in to
